v (demo)

v (stylised "v") is an abbreviated version of VVVVVV made for lowrezjam2023. In it, you can play through a level for the best time, deaths and trinkets. There's not much else to really say about it, to be honest.

Controls: Z/V/Space/Up/Down to flip, A/D/Left/Right to move left/right, Esc to return to the title screen, R to restart at your last checkpoint.

If you beat the level within the par time, your rank will increase. Your rank will also increase if you beat the level without dying and if you beat the level with every trinket. V is the best possible rank you can get. You don't have to meet these requirements in order to beat a level, it's just for those who like an extra challenge.
